РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА КЫРГЫЗСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ

от 5 марта 2026 года № 86

1. Одобрить проект Совместного коммюнике об установлении дипломатических отношений между Кыргызской Республикой и Демократической Республикой Конго на государственном языке.

2. Уполномочить Чрезвычайного и Полномочного Посла Кыргызской Республики в Федеративной Демократической Республике Эфиопия на подписание вышеуказанного Совместного коммюнике с правом внесения изменений и дополнений непринципиального характера.

JOINT COMMUNIQUE on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo

The Kyrgyz Republic and the Democratic Republic of Congo,

desirous to promote mutual understanding and strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two countries,

guided by the principles and purposes of the United Nations Charter and international law, particularly promotion of international peace and security, equality among States, due respect for national sovereignty and territorial integrity, independence and international treaties, and non-interference in internal affairs of States,

have decided to establish diplomatic relations with effect from the date of the signature of this Joint Communique under the terms of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963, and based on the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations.

In witness whereof, the undersigned representatives, being duly authorized, have signed the Joint Communique in two sets of original copies in Kyrgyz and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of divergence, the English text shall prevail.
