РАСПОРЯЖЕНИЕ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА КЫРГЫЗСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ
от 30 марта 2026 года № 117
1. Одобрить проект Совместного коммюнике об установлении дипломатических отношений между Кыргызской Республикой и Республикой Тринидад и Тобаго.
2. Уполномочить Постоянного представителя Кыргызской Республики при Организации Объединенных Наций в городе Нью-Йорке на подписание вышеуказанного Совместного коммюнике с правом внесения изменений и дополнений непринципиального характера.

JOINT COMMUNIQUÉ
on the establishment of diplomatic relations between
the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago
The Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Trinidad andTobago,
Desirous of promoting mutual understanding and strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and their people,
Reaffirming their commitment to the principles and purposes of the United Nations Charter and international law, including the sovereign equality of States, territorial integrity, and non-interference in the internal affairs of States,
Convinced that the establishment of diplomatic relations corresponds to the interests of both countries and will further strengthen international peace and security,
Have decided to establish diplomatic relations in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961, with effect from the date of the signing of this Joint Communiqué.
In witness whereof, the undersigned representatives, being duly authorized by their respective States, have signed this Joint Communiqué in duplicate in the Kyrgyz and English languages, both texts being equally authentic. In the event of divergence in their interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
